Faisalabad Textile Mill Return and Exchange Policy
Faisalabad Textile Mill accepts returns of defective items purchased online, provided the item is in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstitched, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
To request a return, customers must contact our customer service team by email at faisalabadtextilemills@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the delivery date. The customer must provide the online order ID and clearly describe the nature of the defect. Photographs or videos of the issue may also be requested to help us review the claim.
For an eligible claim, Faisalabad Textile Mill may resolve the matter through one of the following options, depending on the circumstances and product availability:
•Replacement of a missing or defective item
•Exchange for another available product
•Full or applicable refund
Any return shipping charges associated with an approved return of a defective item will be the responsibility of Faisalabad Textile Mill and will not be borne by the customer.
Customers requesting an exchange must send the product, along with the original invoice or order details, to the return address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. Delivery charges for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
•Products purchased on sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stitched, damaged, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
•Returns and exchanges are available for local orders within Pakistan only.
•Faisalabad Textile Mill is not responsible for duties, customs charges, or other fees associated with international orders.
Refund or Exchange Request
Customers who wish to request a refund or exchange should email faisalabadtextilemills@gmail.com with:
•Online order ID
•Customer name and contact number
•Description of the defect or issue
•Clear photographs or videos, if requested
Our team will review the request and respond with the next steps.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation by emailing faisalabadtextilemills@gmail.com and providing their order ID.
An order cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the 12-hour window or once the order has been shipped.
Faisalabad Textile Mill reserves the right to review each return, refund, exchange, and cancellation request in accordance with this policy.
